The idea of Service Request features is to allow you to do bank-related services at ease without needing to go to a physical branch.
Objective
The objective of this project is to let users create and track banking requests, so it will reduce Bank's customer service call tickets. Report Lost/Stolen Cards, Cheque Book Request, Fee Waiver are some of the pilot services that are planned to be digitalised.
Report Lost/Stolen Card
This feature helps customers to block their lost/stolen cards effectively without having to call customer service hotline which is time-consuming. Within a few steps, the customer should be able to block their selected cards and automatically requested for replacements.
Credit Balance Refund
Also one of the pilot service requests, customers can transfer their exceeded funds in their credit card (for various reasons) to their other bank account or pay off another credit card.
There are a lot of data that can be reflected in the UI, but the most important thing is balance information of the must be clear for users.
